At SolAmor Hospice, we treat each person like family. From our compassionate team to our quality services, we try to provide the care and support we would want for our own family members.

Levels of Care
At SolAmor, we realize individuals have unique requirements. That’s why we provide four different levels of care to accommodate various needs.
- Routine Home Care focuses on addressing the needs identified in the patient’s care plan.
- Inpatient Care is short-term care provided when symptoms require medical attention that cannot be managed in a residential situation.
- Respite Care offers the patient’s caregivers short-term relief from daily care responsibilities.
- Continuous Care may be provided when the patient requires intensive nursing care.
Hospice Services
We provide a range of medical and support services, including:
- licensed nurse and home health aide visits.
- caregiver education, emotional and spiritual support and grief counseling.
- patient-specific volunteer support.
- continuous care during a crisis.
- medications related to the terminal illness.
- medical equipment necessary for comfort such as hospital beds, oxygen, wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
- incontinent supplies.
- dietary counselors and physical, occupational and speech therapists as needed.
- bereavement support for at least 13 months.
We schedule routine visits during normal business hours, but nursing and support services are available at any time, including after-hours, weekends and holidays. Physicians and medical staff are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
